Kona Grill - Waikiki - Honolulu

Many options in waikiki. kona looked inviting and has something for everyone. I'm glad we stopped and had a bite.

As family of 8 with 2 small children. the child menu was adorable, the service was excellent. our waitress was a young lady and she was very attentive and sweet with the children. the food was great too!

The type that runs tables was very loud. he's been constantly stabbing them. also our table has not been set up with messergabel servietten. he didn't seem very happy. no spirit of aloha from him.

We were there for dinner at 6:30 p.m. on a Tue evening. We sat outside on tall stools. The ambiance was amazing. We felt like we were on vacation. The staff were all very friendly, they just didn't really stop by to check on us very often, we had to flag them down and even though my water glass was empty, no one ever offered to refill it. The food was excellent. We shared a chopped salad and avocado spring roll appetizer (we're both somewhat small eaters). Everything was very flavorful (not overly done either) and fresh. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
