The food is decent, but the service is absolutely terrible. It took over an hour for my order, and it wasn't even correct. On my second visit, two employees completely ignored me and didn’t offer any assistance, despite me clearly standing at the register. I get that lunchtime can be hectic, but waiting over an hour for an incorrect order, with half of the food cold by that time, is just unacceptable. I can’t even express how disappointed I am. To make matters worse, they also refuse to answer their phone, so I had to call another location and have them relay my message. This is just ridiculous.
GREAT TASTE 4.5 just because of a looooong waiting for a sandwich. This place is packed and with all order-ins, it takes a while to get the grilled / boiled food. Don't hesitate to try it. This was the Ckicken Pesto Sandwich for $10.99. It was great!
I ordered a Wagyu melt sandwich and garlic fries for dinner, but the service I received left much to be desired. When I called the restaurant to place my order at 6:23 PM on a weekday, I was met with an unpleasant attitude from the cashier. They questioned: 1. If I knew where the restaurant was located and 2. If I was aware that it closed at 7:00 PM. When I asked for water with my meal, I was informed that only bottled water was available. I tried to give the cashier the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might be having a rough day, which we all do. However, upon arriving at the restaurant at 6:40 PM, the same cashier continued this sassy demeanor, complete with questioning looks and tone. I was surprised to learn that water from the soda fountain was available for $0.52 a cup. When I finally received my food at 6:50 PM, my sandwich was missing cheese as requested, and other ingredients were also lacking—though I was relieved that jalapeños were not included. Overall, the garlic fries were overly buttery and rich, which was off-putting, and the Wagyu melt, ordered without cheese, was again heavy on butter. Service: 2 out of 5 Food: 2 out of 5 Given this experience, I will be looking for my sandwiches elsewhere. I rarely write negative reviews, but this encounter was particularly disappointing.
Due to pandemic they are probably not at their best. May want to wait till they can get back to normal. During my visit the whole modified menu was not available. I tried ordering a pizza to be told they stopped making it. This I found odd since few minutes later a customer picks up their pizza order. I ordered a panini but it took awhile. This was around 4:30. From what I can gather everyone was getting ready to close at 7pm. The oven must be a fire hazard to leave it hot so cool down must begin early. As for the food it wasn?t what I expected. It looked like a sandwich bread with something in between as filling. I ended up after a bite throwing it out. Once again it must be the pandemic so please go there with limited enthusiasm. For under $20 it would have been better spent elsewhere. It should be noted that the business does not take cash which I personally found strange since credit card usage involves additional charges by the credit card companies. Anyhow, I will wait to try their food and service another year or two.
