The Grandmakase course at this restaurant is a delightful experience for fans of delicate flavors, subtle Asian fusion, and local influences. The sea snails with butter sauce were so delicious that they practically begged to be eaten with the brioche, and the shaved ice interpretation left diners wishing it was more widely available on the island.
This place is fantastic. The team here works together like a well-coordinated symphony. We sat at a table overlooking the bar and kitchen, where we could see everything in action. The dishes here are truly exceptional, and you can tell that each one is made with extra care. It's like watching a perfectly orchestrated performance - a unique and entertaining experience. I was particularly impressed by the cocktail pairing. I initially thought the cocktails were an additional cost, but they were actually included in the meal. The combination of delicious food and creative cocktails made for a memorable dining experience. This is a must-visit spot. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service. Overall, a wonderful place that shouldn't be missed.
Only few months from this write open, but so a ripe menu. beautiful pairing of dips and cocktails. just sit back and enjoy the tasting menu that the team takes care of every detail.
