Papa Johns Pizza - Honolulu

Debbie K. says that Papa John's pizza is always hot and fresh. She prefers to call in her order and pick it up, and it’s always ready when she arrives. This was the worst experience ever of having a plain and simple pepperoni pizza. The crust was harder than cardboards I purchased multiple slices at aloha gas On kalihi and Dillingham Called call cntr where they take orders and There is more rudeness

The guy at the calling center was horrible if I got his name I would have complained about him. He said he was going to transfer me to a survey and didn’t! Just hung up the phone

I tried to place an online order for a special 3 topping large for $10. A 20TH ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL!!!! The order couldn 't go through online so I call it in. Of course you can only get the deal online. What a scam. What 's the difference. I understand trying to drive traffic through the system and the efficiency to expedite orders, but I think this is poor customer service. Bait the customer in. My kids wanted Papa John 's so I couldn 't go back to them and cancel just because of a few bucks. But I don 't appreciate the gesture. So I guess the delivery person will collect whatever they get on the other scam, the delivery charge. Why not just offer the pizza all inclusive and call it a day! Geeeezz!
