Ruscello - Nordstrom Ala Moana

I asked for a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. The said they couldn’t make that, but could make a turkey, bacon, lettuce, onion and tomato sandwich. The turkey was tasty, the bacon was crispy, as ordered, there was a small portion of avocado, two small pieces of yellow lettuce, a small slice of not particularly premium tomato and a small slice of red onion. The sandwich was not cut in half, but hurriedly chopped 2/3 and 1/3. The 1/3 fell apart when lifted from the plate.

We’ve been seated in the back corner several times now. I feel like we’re in the back corner because of my 3 boys. I know that my toddler can get loud, but can we be seated somewhere next time? Service was okay. Our waitress didn’t really engage with us until towards the ending and when it was almost time for the check. We also waited quite long for the dessert, which we asked for the menu. She didn’t offer it to us. My 2 older boys love the calamari and spinach dip, and the service usually. Which is why we frequent this restaurant. I was kind of disappointed this last visit.

The staff and the food is always wonderful whenever I visit.

Love it at Ruscello! Though it can be a little loud at times I love the easy going atmosphere. The staff is excellent. Every single one of them!! That’s the real reason we keep going back. Great staff food!

Best burgers and salad! We go here for dinner about twice a month.
