However, when we arrived we found that the restaurant was only half full and there was plenty of space available. The waiter tried his best, but it was difficult to order drinks that were not on the menu. Overall, the service was good and the chef did an excellent job entertaining us and preparing delicious food. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the food. Despite some hiccups, we had a fun night and would definitely return. Hopefully, the staff member who answered the phone will receive some customer service training, as it did not match the level of service provided by the rest of the staff.
I took my daughter out to dinner to celebrate her 20th birthday. Right from the start, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and made sure all our needs were taken care of. The menu options were explained thoroughly and our orders were taken promptly. The chef showcased his skills and the food was outstanding. We had steak and shrimp, while the three businessmen sitting next to us all opted for Wagyu and lobster. One of them even went as far as to say it was the best meal he had ever had. Our dishes looked amazing and tasted even better. There was nothing left on our plates. To top it off, the staff sang a birthday song for my daughter and we enjoyed green tea ice cream for dessert. We will definitely be returning. Plus, there is free parking available in the hotel garage (not the International Marketplace next door).
The food was good and the service was good. I think the whole teppanyaki experience depends on how much the chef wants to add his/her her performance while cooking.

Excellent both entertaining and gastronomically fulfilling!
