TR Fire Grill - Waikiki - Honolulu

The service at this restaurant was excellent. Our group of eight ordered drinks for a special event and enjoyed a selection of tapas and main dishes. The staff was friendly, attentive, and willing to accommodate our diverse order. The steak and lobster surf 'n turf was fantastic, as were all of the tapas dishes. My vegan sister-in-law particularly enjoyed the truffle ravioli.

The female bartender at this restaurant is the worst on the island. Her behavior was unprofessional and her customer service was disgusting. When I asked for the menu, she ordered me to sit down and not leave until I paid for my items. I called her over and told her I didn't appreciate being told what to do. She claimed it was their business practice to assume everyone is a thief. I asked to speak to the manager, but she was reluctant to get them involved. I informed the hotel staff about her behavior before leaving. Based on other reviews, it seems like the food is overpriced and subpar in quality. I suggest dining elsewhere, as you can get better service, meals, and quality for the same amount of money on the island.

I had a good experience at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, although the prices were a little high. However, the delicious food made it worth it. I would definitely go back for another meal.

Professional service excellent choice of food on offer. We enjoyed a selection of starters as we decided to dine here after walking around the area near our hotel only wanting a tasty but smaller option of food we weren't disappointed. Service was attentive without been intrusive and the restaurant was exactly what we wanted as away from alot of noise and people. Dishes we chose were presented well and very tasty.

We had baby back rib half, prime rib, and Caesar salad with added avocado for takeout.The person who took the order was very kind and the food was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of Tony Roma.We will definitely visit again.
