Giovanni's Roast Beef Pizza - HOOKSETT

I ordered the steak tip salad, but was disappointed to find that the steak tips were chopped into tiny pieces, making it appear as if there were more than there actually were—there might have been only one and a half tips. The salad was served cold, not warm. I specifically requested extra green peppers, extra cucumbers, and extra olives, but I only received three cucumbers grouped together—how many do they usually provide? I also received just four olives, and I noticed that they were significantly smaller than before, especially considering the price has gone up. I hadn't ordered from Giovanni in a while, but since I’m working in Hooksett, NH, I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again. I am very disappointed.

My friend and I ordered some cold dishes, and our order was taken promptly since it wasn't very busy on that Sunday afternoon. There was a partial power outage in the building, which affected some of the equipment, but the staff was very apologetic to customers waiting for hot meals. I also heard that they proactively called customers to inform them about the issue.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time after relocating from Nashua, NH to Hooksett, NH. I anticipated that the food would be as good as what I had in Nashua, but I was sorely mistaken. The fish sandwich dinner was overcooked, the bun was tough and inedible, and the fries were also overdone. I ordered two large pizzas—one pepperoni and one sausage—hoping my grandchildren would enjoy them. Unfortunately, they didn't like the pizzas and ended up eating other dishes instead. I was not impressed by either the service or the food, and I definitely won't be returning. It was a very disappointing experience! Additionally, many staff members struggled with English, and I found the prices to be excessively high.

I've got the order of the sweet potato fries they were totally black, I'll go in and show them. I said this would never leave out. He takes one and pauses in half to show inside is orange and says this is the way they should be. No, I don't think so. They gave us our money back and gave us another order that was much light brown, not black. Second chance review, because everyone has a bad day. Had a cheese pizza, Steak cheese Italian sub delivered tonight. I must say, all were great and the delivery was fast. Much better then my first experience with this restaurant.
