Applebee's - Hoover

The sirloin was outstanding—cooked perfectly and incredibly tender. The rest of our meal was also quite impressive, and the waitstaff were attentive and helpful. As shown in my picture, the steak was exceptional; I left no morsel behind. I believe that's the best endorsement I can give!

We recently heard that this Applebee's was declining, but that was definitely not our experience during our dinner visit on 10/21. We ordered a Chicken Fajita Roll-Up and cheese sticks, both of which were delicious. I do miss the sweet potato fries and hope they bring them back! Our server Amanda was excellent and checked on us multiple times. It's evident that the staff is managing a staffing shortage, but they handled it well. Since the information we received was inaccurate, we will definitely return, as this location is more convenient for us than the Pelham Applebee's.

The kitchen staff seems to struggle with understanding orders. The chicken tenders were extremely hard, and I requested no bacon on the pasta, yet it was still delivered with bacon on top.
