Burger King - Hoover

I have visited this much more than the best of all Burger Kings. I went through the drive thru. the csr was very nice and polite. eating was fresh and hot. I'll visit again. food: 5/5

When they will be open, they will open the doors. let the people in. Don't pretend the virus, you're just lazy. you have used to not clean the lobby and the bathroom and now you don't want to keep it clean. only pathetic. service: 1/5

Rudest lady ever. Pulled up to order and after 5 minutes I thought maybe the speaker didn't work. Pulled up to the window and was told they don't take orders at the window. I let her know I had been in the drive through and no one seemed to ask for my order. She then cussed at me and closed the window.

This establishment is a joke ! The drive through line is still only thing open. as soon as you pull up you are greeted with I’m the only one here hold on . And when you try to order when they finally return they have attitude. What a joke . The manager should be fired!

Y'ALLLLLLL. I made a u-turn to go to this Burger King because the drive thru line was empty. Big mistake. I ordered 2 no. 11 from the breakfast menu which consists of a double croissant, hash brown potatoes and a beverage. Almost $15.00. This was the thinist thing I've ever seen. The sausage was thin (ok), the cheese was so thin you could see through it and the egg was thinner than the sausage. My husband said it was so thin you couldn't even taste it. THAT WAS ON POINT. It smelled like egg but it looked like a sheet of paper. The potatoes were good but it was all barely warm. Never again. The only reason I didn't give it one star was because the cashier was very nice.
