Costa's Mediterranean Cafe - Hoover

This is my last trip here. I have over the years stopped in to pick up food for clients and friends and deliver it to their house. This time the lady who brought my order was rude after I asked about three salads I ordered. After she answered, she left me there signing the receipt along with two very hot dishes, less salad than I thought and a bag of rolls and did not really care how I was get it to the car. Finally, I asked another lady for a box to help me get out of the door. This has not happened before and it just keeps getting worse and it seems like the portions are shrinking. I know any other Hoover business would love my business and not treat me so poorly. Best wishes to Costa’s and I hope they do not respond to this review on the defense as I have seen in other review's here. Maybe they will have a checkup on their attitudes. We ALL need that from time to time.

I absolutely love this place..very clean and the workers along with staff are marvelous..I had a waitress serving my table name Emily N..and she was outstanding and so perfesion with the most respectfulness manners and loved her work I couldn't be more satisfied with Costas..Thank y'all Costas.

Delicious!! I had baked Ziti, dad had chicken marsala nephew had spaghetti and sister had Greek pasta with chicken. Best Italian I've ever had!!!

Great food for a good price. The food portions are huge. Come with an appetite! Definitely family friendly and can seat large partiesKid-friendliness: Kid friendly family atmosphere.

I’ve came in twice on my lunch break attempting to dine in. Both times no one spoke to me almost as though I wasn’t going to tip. I’ve been in the service industry and I tip at least 30%. Most times 50%. I will never try to dine in here again. Probably won’t eat here again after today. I ended up getting to go because I knew I wouldn’t have time to stop anywhere else.
