Ihop - Hoover

I took my mom to IHOP, and we both ordered the Big Steak Omelette. It was absolutely delicious! Our server, Ms. Tammy, was fantastic, and we hope to see her again on our next visit. She provided great service!

Even though it was a busy Sunday morning and the day before Valentine's Day, we only had to wait 15 minutes for a table. The staff was friendly and professional throughout our visit. The food was good, but it wasn’t quite what I expected. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lack of seasoning in the grits. Despite having cheese and butter, they lacked flavor.

I can confidently say that I was not disappointed. Our waitress was incredibly kind.

The service was quick and excellent. Our waiter, Alex, was fantastic and even spoke a little Spanish for my family members who didn’t understand English. I thought it was really thoughtful of him to learn some of the language to better accommodate the guests. The only issue we encountered was that we had to remind him about our drinks, but I'll excuse that since he seemed quite busy helping other waitstaff. He was a very funny and delightful person.

The server was incredibly friendly and attentive to all four of us. We really enjoyed our meals and will definitely return. We left a generous tip because of the warm welcome we received. I wish I could remember his name; he was the first person we met when we arrived at 6:40 AM.
