Tried to book for a party of 15. Even if we were at two different tables. Ironically if you read in the reviews below the accommodations for some quests are clearly different. There was a party of 26 a few months ago with no problem. I called and spoke to the Manager to see what has changed. She basically said there was no rule. However, thisis how things are. So sad, I use to love this place.

Refused to accommodate a group of 8 adults and 3 children with advance notice. Never again

When the service is BAD it makes the food everything else a little less appetizing. The food was good. The service was not up to their usual standards which was extremely disappointing.

Food was amazing as always!! We were very disappointed with the service to say the least. When we received our salads we asked for extra dressing and drink refills. After 10-15 minutes I went and found our server to remind him of our request. Towards the end of dinner my drink glass was empty again. Waiter said he would get my refill but completely forgot. I asked another server for help and he jumped right on it. Then, we ordered 2 carrot cakes to go and they brought it out to us hot and ready to eat. We told the lady we ordered it to go. She was going to put the hot carrot cake in to-go boxes. We told her that we would prefer having it cold like it normally is when we get it to-go. She seemed upset and didn’t speak to us but did do what we asked. The waiter apologized for his service then blamed it on the prom guests. This is the first time we’ve ever had an issue and hope it will be the last. Vince
