Mcdonald's - Hoover

Inconsistent experience. The service ranges from excellent to terrible. I've encountered problems here more often than I've had positive experiences.

I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to discover that nobody was taking orders and the restaurant was closed. There were plenty of cars waiting in line.

The fries were cold, there was no ice in the drinks, and the drive-thru service was slow. I would say a rating of 3 is quite generous.

If you are stopping by here to get a milkshake, forget it. You have a better chance of winning the lottery. I have been by several times in the last couple of months to pick up a milkshake for my confined mother And have failed to be able to get one90% of the time because the machine was broken. REALLY???
