Dough Truck Pizza - Hope

I enjoyed an authentic 12-inch wood-fired pizza that was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Meridio, which was priced at £10. The service was prompt, and we didn't have to wait long. The menu offers the option of either mozzarella or vegan cheese. The only downside for me was that my pizza wasn't as crispy as I prefer; an extra minute in the oven might have made a difference.

Absolutely outstanding pizza! The quality is top-notch, handmade, and cooked to perfection. During our weekend visit to Castleton, we discovered Dough Truck Pizza—what a find! Without a doubt, it’s the best pizza this side of Italy, even surpassing all the pizzerias in London. Sally was a delight to work with, and I can't wait to return!
