For the past 30 yrs I've been dealing with pawn shops here in town I chose boll weevil to buy sale trade and pawn when it opened and when I met Mona Cox Gray I made it my go-to place the first option and always was treated with respect and as an important costumer however she is no longer there and I've received 4 calls in the past 3o days about a lay-a-way and a pawn first worker was rude but apologized but today the new manager called me today was very rude inconsiderate and didn't care about me being a great customer very Bad Business experience I will never return there once I have all I own there picked up hope you get your belongings from there because this guy doesn't care about you or your items he will pull and sell them

Sold me an expert socket set as a Mac socket set. Then when caller wouldn’t do anything about it. I thought I was saving money when actually I paid more because I could have got them off the Mac truck for thirty bucks less than what I paid. Then he wanted to try and flip it around on me saying I could have switched them out!! Very very poor service
