Dirty Skillet - Hope

I recently took a short day trip from Anchorage to Hope and stopped by the Dirty Skillet for a meal. The food was amazing, and we were treated to a lovely performance by a ukulele player. We had a fantastic time, enjoyed plenty of laughter, and left feeling full and satisfied. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful experience at the Dirty Skillet. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We were attended to quickly, and they even brought a heater closer to our table to keep us warm on a rainy day. Each table features a unique fire pit, which not only adds to the ambiance but also provides extra warmth. The food was outstanding and well-balanced. I ordered the Big Sexy Kahuna Poke Bowl, and it was phenomenal—light yet satisfying. I’m definitely looking forward to returning there soon.

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, the staff are wonderful, and the atmosphere is incredibly inviting. The best burger I've ever had is their Ball and Chain burger. It's truly a hidden gem in Hope; if you're not actively searching for it, you might just drive right by!

The live music completely spoiled the experience. The solo guitarist was not only bad but also exceedingly loud, which drowned out our meal.

I had a relaxing time with wonderful company, delicious food, and excellent beer.
