Subway - Hope Mills

My son and I went in yesterday, around 5 pm. No one in line, no customers at tables eating, so pretty dead. All employees were in the back and no one came out after 5 minutes of waiting. We left. Customer service has truly gone downhill. Don’t get me started on the Subway on Bingham…

How this subway has any stars is amazing. Huge lines, dirty environment, never make your sub correct, not caring workers. This sub shop should be shut down. Hopefully the health department stops at 5 PM to see what everyone else is seeing. This has gone on for a long time. The owner of this franchise needs his/her franchise license taken.

The food that was great the fountain drink did not taste like water like some Subways do the cookies were good the Sun Chips were nice the Coca-Cola Slurpee was nice

Got my friend some food for her lunch yesterday. The girl was really friendly. But I got sick last night. I threw up and constantly going to the bathroom. My friend even told me she got sick as well. The tables were filthy and the floors.
