Asian American - Hopewell

Wife and I just moved into the area. We've ordered here twice and it's been excellent both times. This is definitely the go-to local Chinese spot for us.We order sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, fried rice, spring rolls, and crab Rangoon. So far, it's all been great. I'm not sure if other people leaving bad reviews are people ordering poorly or what, because this is legit good. Parking: About 12 spots, which is plenty considering this is a takeout spot.

I believe different family members are now running this location. The food used to be decent never had any issues before. The food service has gone down hill ?. I ordered the pepper steak. It was way too salty not that hot. The rice was cold stiff. I couldn't eat it. I can't get bamboozled again. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Have been ordering from Asian American for years and their food has always been great.

The egg rolls were undercooked and pepper steak was not cooked all the way. Most of time I don't have any problems this is the first. After 5 years of eating there. Hopefully it won't happen again. First time for everything.

This use to be my favorite Chinese food take out but the last time I went the food looked and tasted very different from previous times u have went, I may give it one more try after that I will need to find a new spot its a shame I really liked the food my previous visits
