Saucy's Sit-down .b.q. - Hopewell

The food is always hot and seasoned. My 2 Go-to?s are the tofu tacos and the kale and black beans. The portions are a good price. For performing when you wait, they speed up the process! And they also have a drive. I come so much that they know my order before I tell them!! All employees are nice and accommodating whether you pour in or out.

This is a small town gem. The meat is very juicy taste perfect. We love the cue balls the sauce that come with it.

Edit Removing 2 stars: I went back and they served me stale brisket and I got sick. Okay. I just moved to hopewell and have been having a great experience trying out the local eats. This place is amazing. I wasn?t sure how the Mac n cheese would come out but it?s very good. I love the hint of spiciness in it. I look forward to trying out the rest of the menu. Had them 3 days in a row now and just tried the cornbread! Slamming. Delicious. The bbq sandwich is different. I think I tasted a pineapple. It was divine. The only thing, I wish my sweet tea was bigger! It was good. This foodie is happy and I will be reporting back to my 10k followers about this place. As well as my Facebook food group with over 100k fellow foodies in the 804 area. Cheers!

I would say this place is a must have when in town. Everything we had was amazing, we tried alittle bit of everything. The sweet tea was great. Besides the price being good for the amount of food we got. Our waitress sorry didn 't remember your name but purple hair kiss shirt she was awesome she assured everything we asked for was good. She wasn 't lying. Meat was soft an fell off the bone sauces were really good as well. Like I said we would come back here again. Thanks for the great experience.

Super solid bbq, well worth the drive if you live in rva. served quickly by the most polite of staff. 100% recommend and will be going back
