Each time I?ve come to this Substation the ladies have been very nice and cordial. They work well together and I love their customer service. They keep the prep area clean and appear to care about the product they render to the customer. Keep up thegood work. We don?t have a lot of food options in this area.
Roast beef, Turkey Ham on Wheat is an amazing sandwich. Bread veggies are fresh. Nicely made sandwich. Two recent visits, very impressed. Would definitely recommend to others. Will return to this place. Price was okay as well aligned with other Subrestaurants.
DO NOT EAT AT SUBSTATION!! I had a sub from there and got food poisoning!! They have mold on the slicer and they don?t clean the meat off when they slice the cheese!! The front staff workers are rude and the manger is rude as well!! PLEASE DONT EAT THERETHEY HAVE COCKROACHES!!
If I could give no stars I would I usually come to this location because it is close to my house but will be driving to a different one from now on. This is not my first bad experience with this store. None of the employees wear mask. I recently hadCovid-19 and to think someone is making my food with out a mask makes me uncomfortable and seems unsanitary. When I went intoday there was 1 girl stocking while the other girl was taking orders and making them. Which is no problem but there was a linewith 3 people ahead of me. As working in the food business for 5 years it is extremely unprofessional to do as so especiallywhile a line is formed. (Poor time management) I always order all the way and every time something is left off today it was theonions I also ordered spinach that was not added either. On top of this when I was approached to start my order both girlsstarted laughing as if it was at me or something? They were being VERY unprofessional as they continued to talk to a boy thatwas loitering in store with them. His distraction probably being the reason my sub was messed up. To end it all as I was aboutto pay for my sub the girl walked away and after my card was approved I had to reach over the register and serve myself the subbecause she was no where to be found. Probably my worst experience ever. If I go back it?s to figure out their names so sometype of management can better hire their employees. I don?t know how these girls still have a job. Very disappointed.
