Contribuisci feedbackFeeling frustrated, I raised my hands and expressed that I didn't care about the situation—I just needed my pizzas and bread as soon as possible. The staff member who returned to me then said she wouldn’t take my order because she felt I was being rude. A man—either the manager or another staff member—backed her up, stating that they didn’t have to serve me because I was being "ugly" and rude, and even asked me to leave the store. At no point did I raise my voice or use offensive language; I was simply anxious because I had guests coming over for lunch, and it was their error that my order was cancelled. My entire family has decided we will never do business with the Domino's in Hopkinsville again. Their customer service has been declining for months, and this has been the final straw for us. Additionally, I work for a large company, and I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues.
Most of the time, I have a positive experience at this restaurant, but today was different. The pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic, but the service was extremely disappointing. I placed my order a little after 10 PM, and the app indicated that my pizza was being prepared at 10:05. By 10:15, the app still showed that it was being made, so I decided to walk in and check on the status. The staff member I spoke to claimed it was in the oven and would be ready in another 10 minutes. A few moments later, the app finally updated to say it was in the oven. I've ordered a lot of pizzas, and the entire process usually takes about 13 minutes; however, I ended up waiting a frustrating 29 minutes for this one. If the restaurant had been busy, I could understand the delay, but there were only three orders on the board. It seemed like the five or six employees were too preoccupied with socializing and having fun to focus on their job. I'm hopeful that my next visit will be better, but to the store owner: if this happens again, I will consider taking my business elsewhere.
I ordered a carryout pizza today with a thin crust and three toppings, and I just wanted to commend the preparation team for their excellent work. The quantity of ingredients was just right, and the cutting was perfect as well. Management, please share this feedback with your crew. - Mike W.
This Dominos is terrible. We have had trouble receiving our order on several occasions. Today we ordered carry out at 7:01 and the website told us to come pick up our order from 7:49-7:59. It is currently 8:23pm and our order just now went into the oven.For carry out. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Do not purchase anything from this store.
I'd say I love dominos. And yes food wise I do. But clearly this location has a staffing or management issue. Because my wife ordered pizza at 9pm and after purchasing along with TIPPING! There pizza tracker notified us itd take 72 minutes... but at12:00 we were still without pizza. With the store being 10m from our home. What ever happened to 30m or less, or Free Food ifthey can't keep up. They Should figure it out or just close this store down. Also all other reviews about Rude delivery driversis true. Which is crazy to think. You as a driver knowing your late and yet no kindness or sympathy.
