Husband ordered 3 pc spicy leg and thigh got all legs. Also ordered 3 pc spicy got regular. Yall need to do better. There is NO reason for you to not get ordered right. You have a screen to look at.

I was instructed to park in front after paying at the drive through whereby I waited an additional thirty minutes before I rode back through to the window to enquire and given the same instructions as before. To sum it up my 1st and last visit.

Just ridiculous how many different people Calvin has slept with in a month.

Update: I had a conversation with the new GM who is trying to turn the store around. I'm excited to see the progress and am updating my review to a conservative 3 in consideration of her efforts.I really need to stop giving this location another shot. Tonight, I pulled up at the inside lane and no one ever asked to take my order. While sitting there, two different cars pulled into the outside lane and their orders were taken, but their order showed up on the screen on the inside lane, in front of me. I moved to the outside lane and was finally able to place my order, then sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, waiting for it. I drove 15 minutes back home and opened my 12 piece chicken box to find 4 pieces of chicken. I don't think I have ever received an order from this location that is complete and correctly cooked. We either have pieces missing, we have the wrong sides, or in one case, our Cajun rice was somehow mushy and crunchy at the same time.Do better, Popeyes Hopkinsville.

Waited In drive through behind someone for 15-20m then had to wait for my sandwiches which took about another 10 minutes, just for 2 regular chicken
