Verlous's Authentic Southern Cuisine

Delicious, freshly prepared food. We stopped in between visiting distilleries and AC was so hospitable and kind. He explained the menu and made sure we got everything we needed. We tried Jambalaya, brisket sandwich, and ribeye sandwich— all were delicious. Felt very welcome. All cash, price range is $20ish but huge portions! Easy to share. Clean establishment with very friendly staff.

Easily the best food I've had in a long time. AC was super friendly and brought us out extra to try. Will definitely be back.

The chop chop is absolutely the best sandwich i have ever had. I was thrilled we found this gem of a place. AC was so wonderful explaining the menu and was so nice to us. This was an amazing experience.
