Taverne - Horgen

I had a fish dish on the menu that was excellent and we ordered a Swiss red wine that was light and not to sweet to enjoy with our meal.

Generally I would say this is a nice restaurant. We came here with a bigger group to have dinner and everyone enjoyed his food and wine. The spot is a lovely right next to the little fountain. It was raining that evening but we could still sit outside due to the sunshades they have. I only had a salad with bacon and egg which I must say was very small and not special definitely not worth the price of 18 CHF. The gnocchi that I tried from my friend were very good though.

Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier gelebt. Vielen Dank für das tolle Mittagsessen die Chefin und der junge Mann (vermutlich Lehrling) haben uns richtig verwöhnt. Das Essen war ebenfalls ervorragend.

Sehr nette Bedienung, gutes Essen (Vegi und Fisch), feiner Wein, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, zur Wiederholung angesagt

Das Zimmer war ok, nur für eine Nacht. Gekochtes Ei im Preis inbegriffen. Rührei kostet extra. Naja, egal. Wir hatten sowieso keinen Hunger. Schöner Frückstücksraum. Personal wirkte am Wohl der Gäste uninteressiert.
