Blacks Burgers - Horley

I recently had one of the best chicken burgers I've ever tasted at this restaurant. It was cooked to perfection and exactly how I ordered it. The staff were very friendly and I would definitely come back for more. I believe any negative experiences mentioned by other reviewers may be attributed to the delivery company. I give this place a 5 star rating!

We ordered delivery to our hotel at 1730 and our food didn’t get delivered until 1900 and they didn’t complete the delivery through the app so we had no idea that it had gotten delivered to the reception desk. We tried calling the restaurant and they didn’t answer the phone. So we walked all the way there and the 14 year old that was working told us it was already delivered. They didn’t apologize or seem to care at all. So we walked back to our hotel and our food was cold. The burgers were still good cold though. Just disappointing they didn’t offer to do anything about it. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
