Pizza Hut - Horn Lake

We went here to order a Pizza.The wait line was Extremely long and All the customers in front of Us were saying that the Cashier went to the back And left them All standing there without giving any reason. We Left and So did other Customers.

I live in a house and several occasions they try to deliver food that goes to apartment complex a few streets down from my street.

We ordered online and did not get our cheese sticksThe soda deal came with substitutions in a smaller for three of the four choices.

I keep trying to give this Pizza Hut a try but it is ALWAYS something. This time I placed an order and delivery driver arrived without some of the items ordered. Very nicely the driver went back to pick up the missing items and was told they don't have those items and went on to say they have been out of those items. ??‍So why have them available to select 1? 2. Why not call and say we're out of these items. Is there anything else? Anything. Then when you call, you're passed around until forwarded to the call center. Every single time I try I'm disappointed. So done trying. Not to mention to be down the street the food already cold and old. ??
