Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Horn Lake

An order was placed online at 1pm for drive through pickup. After a 35 minute wait, we were told to come inside to pick it up. Once inside after another 20 mins and asking about the order they said it was called out and someone else must have grabbed it. It was not called and no one grabbed it. After a discussion they agreed to remake the order which took another 20 mins all while food was sitting there ready to be packed up. This place is poorly managed, inefficient and a complete waist of time in the way of fast food . Go across the street to Bojangles. Even KFC does better.

The WORST Popeyes chicken ever. It was all burnt. I even went to exchange for fresh cooked chicken and it was still tasting burnt. Change the grease you may get better results.

Food was good. No sauce, no spoon for the mashed potatoes, no napkins given. This could have been a much better experience if the service was better.

This location has great food, the staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. The only problem I can give is the bathroom could be a little cleaner no paper towels in the sink.

Chicken fye!!! Every single time!!I was so happy to go inside instead of drive thru this time!!!
