Tasteless, over processed material presented as ‘food.’ No hot sandwiches, no way to toast bread. First and last time to patronize a JJ.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.The disrespectful encounter I just had with the girl that was running the drive thru on 8/25/23 at 5pm was beyond me. She was so rude. My boyfriend was trying to give her $20.05 for our food and she said no to us giving her change because she does not know how to do math and she hates when people give her change. so I decided after we left to give the store a call and ask for a manager was on hold for 5 mins and then the girl that served up through the window was the one that answered and I asked for her name and she said no she won’t give it and I said if you are the manager then you should. Then she gave me the name Larry. Then she hung up on me. Don’t recommend ever going here.

I had a tuna sub on their 5 grain bread. First I didn’t realize it would not be a sub roll. I got a sandwich with tuna between two slices of delicious bread. The bread is cut in two for easier eating but there was tuna only one half of the bread. Needless to say what a disappointment. First they should have said it would not be a sub and second the quantity of tuna was one third (if that) of what you’d get on a sub. Needless to say I went to jersey mikes nearby and got a real sub

Was down talked when asking to review order it was a ridiculously speedy response none of us could understand. Then when asked to repeat what she said she went rudely slow. The employees here always get the orders wrong and they down talk you if you need something different on the menu. Spend a few more dollars on decent employees who are trained with manners and ethics. Also a memory between their ears. We will NEVER be back to the carolina forest location. We looked for a homeless person to donate our food and couldn't find anyone so we threw it out. If the employees treat you this bad and they dont care about thinking even the littlest bit how can they make sure your sandwich is clean correct and have any decency in the preparation? Exactly! They cant!

I never tried Jimmy John's before, so decided to today. Thanks but no thanks for a return visit. Bread was stale. Nowhere near the sandwich you get a a Jersey Mike's.
