Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I had a good experience the first day I came. I got a 4 piece chicken finger plate got two sauces with it but then two days later at the same location I got a FIVE chicken finger plate with ONE sauce. The girl Alexander R clearly hated her job had an attitude from hell of course no manners. I was charged $0.25 for an add on sauce for 5 pieces of chicken (when I came got a 4 piece I got two) on top of that the fries were hotter than my chicken I agree that this location is a hard pass! GO ELSEWHERE

My first ever visit to Zaxby's after hearing all the hype. I don't care for the sauce. Had the spicy signature sandwich 4 shrimp with Zaxby's cocktail sauce. The chicken on the sandwich was overcooked tough. The shrimp was greasy. I personally wouldn't use their sauces to unclog a toilet, but that's just me. Everything deserves a second chance, but it will be a long time.

The older lady at the counter did an awesome job. Th place was sooo busy. She definitely needed help. You need five mire just like her! People wgere lined up Alistair iut the door. She kept her cool. She did an Awesome job. Give her a raise and please hire some help

Alex is horrible for a Manager! His people messed up our order twice he had an attitude when we asked for a refund! He kept saying he couldn't do it, so we asked for a store credit he said he couldn't do that either...then we told him they messed the order up twice! He then said he'll give us our money back; but, then get out...What kind of customer service was that....First visit last visit!
