Arby's - Horry

It's hit and miss. Sometimes it's great other times It's horribleKid-friendliness: Service is good

They really don't seem to care about quality, last 5 times I've been there stone cold fries and nothing fresh. Really poor store management and employees could care less

Arby's is always a great choice for good food and fast service!

I was trying to enjoy my meal but apparently your corporate people think it is appropriate to have a meeting in your lobby with the General Manager at the location. This conversation should not be had in your lobby. The way he was talking to the manager made me very uncomfortable, very condescending tone. Discussing labor should done in private not in your lobby. On a positive note the staff was great and the food was amazing

If I could give this place a 0 I would…the girl in the drive thru was really rude and will shut the window in your face when you’re asking a question. Also I ordered 2 of the Reese Cooke cuz I love them well they were out of date and when I went back they said the GM said it wasn’t out of date…Someone needs to come show these people about food safety
