Carolina Ale House - Horry

Quick bite before going to watch the Legends show next door. Very quick service and hot Flatbread. Visited a Carolina Ale House in Florida and enjoyed as well.

We have been here a few times, Amari was our server tonight. She was fabulous!! She smiled the entire time she took care of us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. And she took the time to interact with my 5 yr old!! We will be back!!

There were 5 of us. I ordered the french onion soup and the 12oz rib eye steak. Husband ordered rack of ribs. Other order was fish and chips, hotdog and last was chicken fingers. I was served my soup at the same time as everyone got there meal. The soup was not hot. It was just warm. I figure my steak was coming. I was half way thru my soup when i asked were was my steak. Well she found out they were out. Guess what? I told her to forget me ordering anything else, since everyone was almost done … – show

Nacho cheese was ice cold and French fries were double fried and still not hot. Clearly using old grease in the fryer so I will probably avoid eating here next time. It’s always been a favorite but the good food quality has really gone down hill. The server was friendly but more interested in the guys at the bar than anything else. She was not the bartender either, we just saw her on the guest side of the bar spending a lot of time with the guests there.

The food is delicious. The fried chicken salad is my favorite. The chicken is amazing! I've never had a meal I didn't enjoy. Try it, you'll like it!
