Sam's Club - Horry

Always a pleasure to shop there, always clean and people who work there helpful.Only problem that I have as being cat person is not much for furry friends.Alway toys and six or more of food for dogs.No dry food and very limited wet food.Guess they figure that they do not care as must be DOG OWNERS.

This is probably one of the best Sam’s clubs I’ve been to. Ordered online and the staff was so helpful and nice getting everything in my car. Tried to tip and they said no they can’t be tipped, but please come back so they can keep their jobs. Phenomenal customer service!!!!

I s been a member of Costco for 6-7 years but thought I would give Sam's a try. My first shopping experience was great; they had everything that I wanted and some of the prices were a little less that Costco. Since that time they are out of the items that I purchase on a monthly basis; I will be going back to Costco in September.

March 5, 2023. I was in the bathroom and there was a Senior Citizen who came in assisted by a Sam's Employee. The employee was so helpful and kind. She explained that the commode flushed automatically, etc. The lady kept saying thank you. I cried as I was listening. Employees like this should be commended. There are still angels among us.

All in all a good store, busy at times, congested parking lot. Getting out on the main road cans sometimes be a little hectic, be patient. They have gasoline, no diesel fuel at this store, fresh vegetables, and some really good green chili chicken enchiladas, Hatch Chilies at that, worth trying out. Scan and go app works well in this store, app is worth downloading, but be aware you must show your Sam's card to the door police before entering this store.
