Contribuisci feedbackWe had intended to visit this restaurant at least once a week, but after today's experience, that won't be happening again. My husband ordered Mozzarella Sticks and a Turkish sub with fries. However, when we received our order, everything was crammed into a small bag. The marinara sauce leaked and spilled all over the food, and the fries ended up all over the floor when we got back to the car. My husband drove 30 minutes back to the restaurant to address the issue, but they refused to rectify the situation. I am deeply disappointed with a place where we have spent so much money. There was no offer to remake the order, nor any refund provided! It's unfortunate to see a restaurant treat loyal customers this way, especially during tough times. We will no longer spend a single cent at Picinic Pizza and will share this experience on our Facebook page to warn others about how they treat their customers. It’s truly disheartening, and we will never return to this sad establishment!
I absolutely love your pizza and wish I could enjoy it more often! The only downside is that it's 45 minutes away from Arnot Mall. I really hope you consider opening a location in the Maisgang Mill area; I believe it would do really well there. I know I would be a loyal customer. Thank you!
The food here is quite good, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. The owner, or the woman who typically handles the orders and payments, has a rather unpleasant demeanor. On one occasion, while I was having lunch, I had my exact change ready, but within just five seconds, she served the next person in line instead of acknowledging me. Her rudeness was disappointing. I would prefer to spend my money at a place that truly values its customers. It often seems like she's annoyed that you're even there. Overall, it's not worth the visit.
