Service: 11/10 Starter: Calamari Duck Parfait - 10/10 Main Course 1: 50-Day Aged Fillet Mignon with Bordelaise Sauce (cooked *Blue*) - 100/10 Main Course 2: Fish and Chips - 9/10 Dessert: Hot Brownie - Over 9000! I want to extend my thanks to the front-of-house team for their warm welcome. Although we arrived a bit late, they were incredibly accommodating. Special thanks to Irvana (I hope I spelled that correctly) for providing excellent service! My steak experience took me on a nostalgic journey—like Anton Ego savoring his ratatouille in Gusto’s restaurant. It reminded me of a family meal in Holland during my childhood, where I had my first real steak. This may have even surpassed that memory! I was initially hesitant about dining at Miller and Carter since it's a chain restaurant, but if you're feeling the same way, let me assure you: don't be. While it may not be the cheapest option, it definitely deserves a smart-casual dress code that anyone who understands proper dining etiquette should respect. Curious, I browsed through other reviews, and I found it hard to believe anyone could leave a 1-star review without sounding like a “Karen.” It’s important to take reviews with a grain of salt—this is truly a fantastic restaurant! In summary, if you're a fan of steak, this place will take great care of you and provide excellent recommendations for how to enjoy your meal just the way you like it. Perfect!

Everything was fantastic, me and my partner went out for a Birthday meal. We were served by Elena and she made everything perfect from start to finish! The food was fantastic and the service was also fantastic. Although one small thing that irked me was that one of the staff was walking around with an air-pod in. Felt a little awkward to see, I'm sure the music that he was listing to was great but not sure it is needed in a customer facing job. (Regardless) The food was perfectly cooked, we both felt like we were valued. Elena asked us if we were at the restaurant for anything special. After we told her it was for a Birthday she let the chefs know and they took the time to write Happy Birthday on our Dessert. Little touches like this are what made it so great. Taking the time to ask us why we were there was really lovely. Thank you Elena and the Chefs for a fantastic 30th Birthday Meal! We won’t forget it.
