The Conservatory Cafe - Horsham

I visited the restaurant today specifically because of the beautiful park, but unfortunately, the cafe was disappointing. There was no available seating unless you had made a reservation in advance, even though the entire inside was not being used. The outside seating was limited and only available for those with bookings at this park cafe. I found it to be pretentious, especially for just a cheeseburger. All we wanted to do was walk our dogs and enjoy a coffee and sandwich.

The restaurant shows no regard for COVID safety measures and only seems concerned with making profit and serving customers without considering the current situation at all.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times this summer and the service is incredibly slow. The order taking process and food delivery are disorganized, and you can wait for minutes just to place your order. Despite writing a previous review about this issue, there has been no improvement. I question if they even read the reviews. Today was the final straw; we eventually gave up waiting, as did several others in line. Please inform me when you have improved the wait time and maybe I will consider returning.

Just heard about the cafe closing. So sad as we have been coming here for years as a family and as part of our regular junior parkrun community. Such lovely service, food and drinks. A great place to meet friends and our lovely junior parkrun...community. You will all be missed but we hope to see you again soon xx

A lovely place in the middle of the park. Clare the manager was very helpful with guidance on suitable food for our needs . Highly recommend. Thanks
