Contribuisci feedbackThe staff are quite rude. The young man working there treats customers poorly, speaking to them with an attitude and even mocking them. It's truly disappointing.
On Sunday, January 2nd at 6:00 PM, I went in to buy a gallon of milk and some gas. The young cashier told me my total was $4.05, and I tried to pay with a gift card, intending to put the balance toward the gas. He seemed confused and asked if I meant now. I explained that I had done the same thing just the week before. His attitude shifted; he became visibly frustrated and rude, struggling to understand the difference between $50.00 and $4.05 for the milk, all while displaying a total lack of professionalism. Eventually, he figured it out and even asked his supervisor about the transaction, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience he caused. When I stepped outside, I noticed the supervisor was at another register, so I approached her and expressed my dissatisfaction, saying, “Your cashier is rude, and customer service is crucial. If he can't handle the job, maybe he needs to find something else.”
If I knew I had the same service as McDonalds. I guess the workers can't say between a hill and a biskit.

Used to regularly hit this wawa for gas, dinner and Hazelnut coffee. They informed me tonight that Hazelnut coffee will now only be available earlier in the day and they won?t be making it from the afternoon or later. As a place that is supposed to be known for their coffee, this is exceptionally disappointing. I could understand if it was 10pm, but it?s literally 6pm. Unfortunately we won?t be back to this wawa.
