In the past the menus and dishes were impressed, but the recent experience was a little clear. fan fried gnocchi was good. Saving with butter was a bit too easy. desserts weren't inspired: we had nus Staube, which seemed to be more on a café menu than an evening restaurant menu. it was served with unsweetened bland kokoscreme. we also had a very generous portion of invaluable ice cream. it is a shame because I had dessert here in the past, a goat cheesecake, and it was amazing. this place has a well-stocked bar and makes good classic cocktails. it is still the best restaurant in horsham.
My friends came out of bendigo to visit, and I recommended we go to baa 3400. they were pleasantly surprised and thought that eating was extraordinary. they have traveled all over the world and were in many restaurants, so this is a wonderful compliment. the staff has served our table well and was very friendly. that was my third time and I look forward to coming back.
Don’t let the exterior fool you, this place was great! I was happily surprised to find such a high quality menu in this country townIf I’m being perfectly honest I wouldn’t say there’s much atmosphere but thankfully I was with a bunch of chatterboxes so it didn’t bother us
I'm gonna be real with y'all, this is the best restaurant I've ever gone to in my life of eating. The environment was serene, lights beautiful, abit cold sitting on the window side coz of winter, BUT THE FOOD !!!!! OMG the food was amazing, the entree was an orgasm in my mouth. The soup touched my tongue and I could taste heaven. The artichoke mash was rainbows and the cabbage was just superb. The mains were too good. Gnocchi was so smooth I bit my own tongue. The truth is the chef there loves his job. When you get such good food it means someone behind there is putting his heart in this food and good on him. There's a scene in ratatouille where he eats cheese and strawberry and he goes into a trance. That's how I felt. Good work Baa. it was worth the 5hr drive from Adelaide. And I'm coming back soon. The servers were so nice too. 10/10 place for me. Cheers.
