After today's dining experience, however, we will never return. They have clearly stopped caring about what they serve, because this food doesn't taste anything like Thai food anymore. Pad kra pao was pieces of chicken bathed in American veggie mix and sauce that didn't taste like anything. The rice was soggy and overcooked. It JUST tasted like peas, and was not worth the price. And that's saying something, because the food is cheap. The roommate ordered fried rice. It was a sticky spread with overcooked rice and boiled vegetables that had been mixed together without any sauce/taste. Worst Thai food we have eaten, and is as far from Thai food as you can get. No pride in the food served.

Thai food in carts is here to stay, and it's a shame not everyone knows their own food culture. It is very important to say that the food did not taste bad, but if you order phad thai, there is an underlying expectation of flavours, and this was nothing close. No tamarind flavor, no lime, no peanut/chili crunch, no cabbage, some egg, and boiled noodles. Don't know what to call it, but not phad thai, make better myself, but was on a trip and wanted something with flavor and kick. Was told it took 20 minutes to make with shrimp. After 20 minutes it was done with chicken. Was then told to wait 5 minutes to get prawns, only to be told that they were out of prawns. When you order food with prawns, you should be told that it is empty, and why does it only take five minutes to make a new one every day?? Anyway, they didn't have shrimp. Had to settle for chicken pieces which were good enough, but no phad thai. Ate half with chicken, pieces of broad beans and carrot. Here, inflation has completely taken off and eaten up the entire list of ingredients and added some cheap frozen vegetables. Hard to trust these reviews, but if you're used to Thai food steer clear of phad thai. I have no idea about the other dishes, and probably won't be spending any more money here. Too bad, because most Thai carts are mostly bankers.
