Be sure to double-check your bag before leaving the drive-thru! We ordered and paid for cheese curds tonight, but received fries instead—very pricey fries at that. Thanks, DQ. It seems like they assume you won't bother turning back when you realize they got your order wrong several miles down the road. There aren't many options in Hortonville, or I would never return. It's really not that difficult to get the order right.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. The employees weren't friendly at all, and I felt like I was being overcharged. They seemed unfamiliar with their own menu options, which was quite frustrating. Overall, there was a lack of professionalism. If you're looking for good service and food, I highly recommend the New London location instead — it’s ten times better! They are generous with their portion sizes and don’t overcharge.

Two nights ago, we ordered a large dipped cone but received a small one instead. This isn't the first time this has happened. Given the prices they charge, we should definitely get what we pay for.

Normally everything has been right and very good when I get food or ice cream. The last two times I came and got ice cream my order has been wrong and the same guy has taken my order for one blizzard.

Great food esp cheescurds and fish sandwich. Nice employees!
