Usually we go in here to get snacks to take to the Vue cinema that is close. the parking space in the retail is massive so that they always get space
My rating is focused on Warren's customer service. He is very polite and highly efficient. He handles his responsibilities well.
I am an autistic person and I often find shopping in supermarkets to be very challenging due to the bright lights, other shoppers, and noise. A few weeks ago, I was struggling, and Janine went out of her way to understand what was wrong and how the Asda staff could help make my shopping experience less stressful. She made a genuine effort to understand my needs and offered support. She even informed me about a designated quiet hour for disabled shoppers like myself. I really appreciate that Asda is so inclusive and accommodating towards the autistic community.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to Christian in the bakery section for helping make my daughters' birthday cake dreams come true! My partner went in to find the oversized Sid the Sausage Dog cake, but unfortunately, it was out of stock. Christian stepped in to help by searching for other options, and after some effort, he found the perfect cakes for our girls' seventh birthday. They were absolutely thrilled! Thank you, Christian! He definitely deserves to be recognized as Employee of the Month. Also, if you're looking for a great raupenkuchen, this is the best one around! (Since we have twins, getting two cakes is a must!)
