We're going to this McDonald's since it was 1. Open and always satisfied. The last 4 months it was terrible!! Long waiting times and then your food is cold or cooked!! The sale of cake at 6 p.m. was at 1 p.m.! No one was there tonight at 6:45. The car-dru guy said he was with us. We sit there about 8 minutes!! And not yet asked for our order! From now on I will drive over the city!!! Before I eat again

I was very rudely told that I had to ask for hot sauce while I ordered my burritos instead of the window. Like I have to do something different than take my business elsewhere.

Waited 25 min in the drive through tonight for a very simple order. I could have made dinner faster myself.
