Firehouse Subs Southcenter Shopping Center

If I could give you a zero star rating I would literally ordered off of this app went into the destination that I ordered and they actually tried to argue with me about me placing the order tried to tell me I was in the wrong location and everything and because of my bank I was able to argue it. These people were actually going to take my money and not give me any food it was flat out ridiculous I will never be back to Firehouse Subs ever again. This happened in the Hot Springs Arkansas location

Always great service, staff is super friendly. One of the best sandwich spots in town.

First off this visit would have been a lot better if they had better Mac n cheese and a lil faster service I waited 20 minutes on my sandwich and only 3 people in the restraunt so take that at what it is. But the pork sandwich with slaw was awesome could have used more sauce I thought but still good Mac and cheese was horrible hot sauce couldn't even fix it ......BTW I paid 18 bux for this.

As someone who loves firehouse subs, this is tough to write. I’ve eaten here probably 25 times. This is one of the worst run and slowest firehouse subs I’ve ever been to. Online ordering is turned off most of the time. I just had to tell one of the employees how to key in my order because she still doesn’t know how to do it—this person has worked here nearly a year now. This place is putting out 1 order about every 5 minutes even though there are 5-6 employees working. The food when you finally get it is great. I’ve been denied for a Firehouse franchise 4 times now and the fact that they won’t let me have one compared to whoever owns this one is an absolute joke
