Debra's Southern - Hot Springs Village

I enjoyed eating, it is very busy there sometimes, but I found the waiting staff very polite, although sometimes overwhelmed during the rush. their chaos is funny and inventive, not to mention that they are personalized and their biscuts and gravy are my gay! I try to eat there frequently and they have a very cozy atmosphere. I definitley recomend it though if they do not wait, I suggest they do not go on a midday ^

The new location inside the Village is really nice, however the service was horrible. I ate there during what was a slow period, but waited forever on food to be delivered only to find the food disappointing and lacking in quality. The wait staff was rude and seemed perturbed when I questioned the wait time and then complained about the lack of taste the food had.

I visited the original location last year while on vacation and absolutely loved it! I went again before leaving and the "Hot Mess" dish was fantastic! I can't wait to try the new location in the village.

I had breakfast there this morning, and it was the best I've had in a long time. The service was excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable.

I've read the reviews, and I believe it's worth giving the restaurant another shot. When the reviewers visited, it was still new, and they were making a lot of adjustments. It's understandable that they felt overwhelmed. Personally, I've never had a bad or cold meal there, and I've been driving to this place for months. New restaurants often face challenges in their early days, so let's not count them out. If you give them another chance, I'm sure you'll enjoy your experience!
