Contribuisci feedbackA great addition to the town! Definitely a bit of a wait for service, but nothing out of the ordinary for a new restaurant location. The food was hot and fresh and the few employees we interacted with were friendly and smiling. Definitely looking forward to when they have the indoor dining open to be able to get a frosted mug of root beer.
Amazing! The food is incredibly delicious and served quickly. I’ve found my new favorite onion rings – they’re cooked to perfection. And the Root Beer Freeze (a blended float) is an absolute winner!
I was really let down by the burger I bought on December 1, 2021. When I noticed that the bun was burned, I showed it to the employee at the register and mentioned the issue. She called over the grill cook, who said there was nothing he could do because he couldn't adjust the toaster settings. I expressed that if the food wasn't going to be good, I wouldn't be returning. While I turned my back, I heard someone laughing. Later, the cooks approached a woman who was working on a computer at one of the tables. I gathered they were explaining my situation to her, as they glanced in my direction. I assumed she was a manager since the cooks often gathered around her table when there were no customers. I’m giving this place a one-star rating because zero isn't an option.
We visited A&W at 11:20 AM on February 1, 2022, and ended up waiting 30 minutes for cold fries. The cashier had long, unkempt nails, which made it difficult for her to handle the money and serve us at the window. After finally receiving our food, we were informed that the ice cream wasn’t frozen yet and were given a regular root beer as a substitute, without any refund for the price difference. To top it off, the cups weren’t even filled to the brim. Overall, we left feeling quite disappointed.
Our receipt is correct. However the food we received was not. We wanted both burgers meat cheese only. When we got home both burgers had everything on this. Which is a disappointment. I assume because it is a to-go order the employees just do not care to get the food right. We live 20min away so aren't going to turn around to go back. But we didn't eat the burgers it was a waste of money.
