Colton's Steak House Grill

As expected there was a wait. Once we got seated I had to ask several times for a straw. We had a free appetizer and order the onion strings. There was a huge plate but they were super greasy (and not in the good way). The bread was hot and tasty. My meal came out and it was good. My husbands came out and he said the pork chops were good but the fries were limp and greasy. (again not in the good way). He could not eat them.

Really hate to complain but placed an order for delivery on door dash, when our order was delivered more than half our order was missing and two item had been changed without contacting us. Contacted Coltons and were informed that they no longer carried some of the items we had ordered even though they were still on the receipt (Mac n cheese and asparagus. No explanation was made for the steak salad to a fish salad or the ceaser side salad to a house or the missing smash potatoes. The manager told us to contact door dash who passed the buck to the restaurant. Regardless we are left with a worthless half a meal. Not impressed with coltons and definitely don’t use door dash to receive it.Edit: After receiving a response on my review I emailed the owner as requested, it has been over a week and still no response.

My boss took a small group of friends and employees to this restaurant one night to celebrate a first-place win by one of our horses. We all sat down, but it took a long time for the server to attend to us. Once we ordered, everyone chose sirloins with various sides. When the food finally arrived, not a single steak was cooked as requested; they were all overcooked. Additionally, the steaks were quite thin and filled with gristle. Nobody was satisfied with the meal, and given that this isn't the first time we've had issues here, I doubt we'll be coming back. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

First of all the place looked like a ghost town during peak hrs 4pm. One other couple besides us so 4 customers total... had a pretty long wait for our food considering place was empty...... could hear the employees from the back loudly having a ball.... but here is the icing I ordered catfish being from Mississippi i know catfish that was a very cheap catfish knock-off substitute called Swai.... It may work on people not from the south, who don't know the difference.... but can't fool me.... this place is horrible trust me...

Throughout our meal, we stacked our dirty dishes, starting with the rolls they initially served, then the appetizer and salad bowls, followed by the entrees. There was never any pre-bussing during our visit, despite our efforts to make it easy for the waitress, who checked on us several times. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning to Colton's in Hot Springs.
