Red Lobster Hot Springs

We were warmly welcomed by a courteous young hostess and seated without delay. It wasn't long before our cheerful waitress arrived to take our orders. The food was prepared exactly as we requested and was outstanding. Overall, this dining experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

I made a reservation through OpenTable for two on September 30, 2023, at 7 PM, but when we arrived at Red Lobster, they had no record of our reservation. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes, and ultimately decided to leave.

The food was great, although it did take a little while to arrive. The server was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Our server was prompt and polite. The food was hot and we didn’t have to wait at all.

Our server Brandi was great! Food was good, will go back!
