The good: server was thrilled, wels was great and eating was very hot. the bad thing: the woofer rings were not true woofers. they were all the same exact shape and had only a mild bevel taste. crab cakes were prefab, frozen, had barely crumbs. cleanliness is a problem. the floor is sticky especially in the baths. they ask for all the cleanliness.

The prices are reasonable. the waitress was very attentive. the decoration is beautiful and unusual with the visual aquarian wall. (non- live fish. the brown paper tablecloths make sense, because the cooked garnels can become unorderly. we know that the plastic fork came with a plastic beacon and gloves. (although our fingers were still slightly oily after the gloves were pulled off. the cooked garnels, maize and kartoffels were served hot and were very good, although next time we order the next level on the spicy chart. the only reason I don't give four stars is that after the meal we asked the waitress in French brot, but she said that no was available and they don't serve brotpudding. I am from new orleans and cajun restaurants should have both!

I will never eat/order from this place again. I've only ordered 2 times online and both of them have been ruined or messed up. Today's my birthday and they just completely ruined my damn day. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone! I have even tried talking to the manager about it and all she keeps telling me is that she can't do anything?! It's not my fault your workers are messing up the orders!!

Overall it's a no for me. Service was good and I was immediately seated, but the lack of seasoning in everything just doesn't make me want to return. The gumbo was extra watery and reminded me more of a chicken with rice soup, and although I got the pier special seasoning (all flavors) on my boil, I couldn't taste anything. It seems their main ingredient in their sauce is butter, and I had to ask for more actual seasoning (salt) to taste anything on my boil. It was just a disappointment because I truly don't have to have butter with my boil. Onion rings were the highlight of the night. Prices weren't too bad, but I don't see myself returning.

Plenty of tables so we didn’t have to wait. Our server was quick to get our drink order. We placed our order and a to-go order together. She was great and very attentive. The food was delicious! Best seafood and seasoning we have had in a long time. We will be back!
