Subway - Hot Springs

The sandwiches were good, but the manufacturers were alittle shy with Veggies etc. compared to other subways. I was also with a lady whose hearing was inspected and one of the gentlemen would not speak so that she could understand him.

This place had amazing employees! We have nutritional restrictions and they were very accommodating. They changed their gloves and even had the manual ready for us to read when a certain sauce had eggs in it. They are also very friendly. If I could.

My husband and I ordered online and it took my money, but didn't send my order. After a few calls to check if they receive my order, the manager showed me very patiently how my money would be returned at the end of the day and still helped me get my food for an even better price. I'm so happy. A big problem occurred and she treated it like a BOSS. Love this subway!

I like this restaurant very much. Usually the service is 100%. But today I went to find two young women who worked one, and told me that they put in their note to stop. The two young ladies chatted while we waited for a sandwich to not even ask the customer what they want on the sandwich so that I wait for them to continue the conversation. In the end, one of the young ladies had to ask a young lady to help her. I know it's hard to work with young teenagers, but it looks like they need supervision.

I went in here yesterday for some dinner during a rush and was behind some very rude customers. The employees handled them very well and were still completely friendly when addressing me. The food and service was great, one of the best subways I have eaten at.
