The Big Chill - Hot Springs

The atmosphere and the aesthetic is great! very comfortable seating, friendly staff, pool staff. the music was not the best all the time, but it wasn't bad at all! we had very happy and would definitely recommend our family of friends! will come back soon!

I just have to say how much I appreciate the Big Chill staff!! We had a misunderstanding last night with some reservations for my best friends birthday. All went beyond and beyond to find a resolution and make our night the best. Thank you!

I had a birthday. Did Karioki go! Good drinks and great service! Britney the bartender is great! There are two bars in one here, so there is something fun for everyone. I'll be back.

The upper floor with the live band area is amazing and the Crumbs have done an excellent job!!! We love them and will travel to see them.
